BBC Radio 1 Essential mix & 6Music in are celebrating the music of the Paradise Garage. Including a nightly series of 1 hour shows interviewing many of the artists, DJ’s, dancers who performed there… to add to this there will be a rare 5 hour special BBC broadcast from 1979 when WBLS’s Frankie Crocker hosted the PG’s 2nd Anniversary feat Dan Hartman & Loleatta Holloway live and Larry Levan DJing.

The dates of the broadcast will be July 18th & 23rd ( which would of included Larry’s birthday).
